Globetrekkers Standard Travel Insurance
This policy is aimed at less than 40 years of age backpackers on a tight budget looking for a comprehensive no frills travel insurance policy. The Globetrekkers Standard travel insurance policy gives you the essential cover and the Globetrekkers Standard Plus Travel Insurance gives you the added bonus of Baggage cover, money etc. Durations of up to 15 months are available and these can usually be extended, up to a maximum of 18 months. Choose from either Worldwide backpacking travel or Europe , Australia & New Zealand only.
Globetrekkers Standard Travel Insurance is available to individuals residing in UK or other EU Countries.

In order to get a quote for Globetrekkers Standard travel insurance first choose your holiday destination.
You need to select either you are only traveling to Australia and New Zealand during your backpacking trip (then select ' Australia and New Zealand ' in the destination drop down menu), or if you plan to travel further ahead (then please select 'WorldWide').
Then select the start date of your trip, duration of your travel insurance, and the Party Type (single trip, couple, family or group travel).
If you wish to undertake several long stay trips within a 12 months period then please check the "Multi-Trip Cover" box.
